This coffee is a world exclusive micro-lot. We have personally chosen the varietal and processing method of this coffee. A great example of a Central America natural. Notes of praline and cocoa dominate, and ripe soft fruits add complexity and sweetness.
Location & Farmer
Produced by the Salverria family on their Los Nogales farm, based in the Apanaca Llamatepec region of El Salvador. This lot comes from a plot on the farm called El Roble, at 1470 metres above sea level. It is a variety of coffee from hybridisation of bourbon and Pacas varieties, and is dry/natural process.
This coffee undergoes the natural process. The Cherries are carefully handpicked and sorted, then dried with the fruit left intact on patios and dried in the sun for several days.
