casa espresso brews up expansion

Today we have some exciting news to share with you all and that’s because we’ve expanded our business to make sure we’re able to provide coffee shop owners with absolutely everything they need to serve great coffee.

Recognising the need for first class barista training we’ve teamed up with Paul Meikle-Janney, a renowned barista trainer who runs Coffee Community in Huddersfield. With Paul we’ll be running barista training courses at our facility in Shipley as well as giving both new and old customers on going training to ensure they’re able to produce the drinks their customers want.

We’ve also been joined by Dale Mathers who heads up our espresso machine installation & repair service. With Dale on board we can now repair and service espresso machines across the Yorkshire region, meaning any establishment with a coffee machine (whether we work with them currently or not) can make use of our reliable service to keep their espresso machine in tip top condition.

CASA ESPRESSO BREWS UP EXPANSION

Top Barista trainer to provide coffee master classes

Leading Italian coffee expert Casa Espresso has announced a significant expansion, with new recruits and an extension to its range of services for cafes and restaurants across the North of England.

The Shipley-based business, which supplies premium Sanremo coffee machines and freshly roasted speciality coffee to dozens of the top food and drink establishments in the region, is launching a series of specialised barista training courses and facilities, alongside a full service and repair provision for existing and new customers.

Casa Espresso owner Nino Di Rienzo has linked up with renowned barista trainer Paul Meikle-Janney, to offer training and courses in making the perfect cup of coffee. Espresso machine customers of Casa Espresso will receive on-site training at their own establishments and the chance to attend tailored courses on subjects such as ‘Latte Art’ and ‘Barista Skills’.

Paul, who runs Coffee Community in Huddersfield was the first person to hold the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe’s Coffee Diploma and has been head judge of the World Latte Art Championship for the last three years, as well as being involved with the World and UK Barista Championships. He will be running his barista courses at Casa Espresso’s headquarters in Shipley.

Dale Mathers joins the Casa Espresso team to provide specialised espresso machine service, repairs and installation. Dale has worked in the industry for several years and is able to look after a wide range of coffee machine brands.

Nino Di Rienzo said: “The business has grown significantly in the last couple of years but our passion for coffee means that we are constantly striving to offer the very best service to our customers. Having a Sanremo coffee machine on your premises raises expectations from customers and so it is vital that our clients are able to create a perfect espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc – which is where Paul and the barista training will be a huge bonus.

“The barista training will also be available to all coffee fans, not just business owners. Having Dale onboard full time also means we can extend our servicing and repairs to other cafes, bars and restaurants who we don’t currently work with but that require a reliable, regional service.”

For further information about the coffee courses please check our barista training page for dates & prices or contact Nino on 01274 595841.
