Shopping Online

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All online orders from Casa Espresso are handled securely via PayPal. Order checkout is completed on an encrypted page on the PayPal website, meaning we do not collect or store any of your financial information.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Upon completing your order you will receive an email confirmation. All coffee purchases are roasted to order on Tuesday & Wednesday and we aim to dispatch your coffee within 24-48 hours (not accounting for weekends and Bank Holidays).
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will be sent an invoice to the email address given when you completed checkout. If you do not receive this within 2 hours of making your purchase, please contact us.
Can I buy Casa Espresso coffee offline?

Espresso Machines

What payment options do I have when purchasing a commercial coffee machine from Casa Espresso?
We have two purchase options, either outright purchase or leased purchase. You can pay via cash, cheque (please allow 3-4 working days to clear) BACS & credit card (please allow 3-4 working days to clear).
Do you supply coffee cups and coffee accessories, such as POS material and flavoured syrups as part of your service?
Yes we have a full product range that includes crockery, ancillary items, POS material and Sweetbird syrups to ensure you have everything you need to serve great coffee.
How many group heads will I need on my coffee machine?
It depends on many factors, mainly down to the number of people you will be serving. As a guidance we always advise a minimum of 2 groups to start with.
Do you provide the necessary cleaning products for use on the coffee machine?
Yes, we provide industry standard cleaning products that we recommend you use to maintain the quality and working order of the machine.
If my café grows can we upgrade to a bigger machine at a later date?
Yes, should you come to a point where you need a larger group head machine to meet demand then it is possible to upgrade.
What warranty or guarantee is included with Sanremo coffee machines?
On selected packages a 12 months parts & labour warranty is included to cover the coffee machine and all related equipment.
If we experience any problems or faults with our coffee machine will you fix them?
Yes, we have our own in house coffee machine engineer and work with a network of engineers who cover the whole of the UK to ensure that in the unlikely event of a problem your coffee machine is back up and running with minimal disruption.
Can we resell your coffee beans in our own branded bags?
We can offer any of our espresso blends packaged with your own bespoke label ready for you to distribute as you choose. (Minimum order and T&Cs apply, please contact us for more information on this).

Barista Training

In the future when we employ new members of staff, can they also benefit from your barista training service?
Regular Casa Espresso coffee customers can benefit from extra barista training as part of their service. Machine only customers are invited to our in house barista training events, please see our coffee training page for more information and prices.
Do you offer barista training to cafés and restaurants whom you do not supply coffee to?
