When I began work on my shop in Saltaire, I was inundated with people offering me everything from Fire risk assessments to Cake stands. Nino di Rienzo dropped one of his cards in too, offering coffee services. It was a while before I got around to calling, only because I was already in the process of sorting out my coffee machine and supply with another company. I realised, after two very frustrating conversations that I needed to contact someone else and so I found Nino’s card and called him up. From the first meeting I knew that this was the company I wanted to deal with. Local, friendly, helpful and most of all passionate about their product. The machine I bought from them wasn’t the one I originally wanted, but budget determined I had to get a cheaper machine – but I have not been disappointed in the slightest! The machine is super fast, easy to clean and maintain and, in my opinion, helps to make our coffee just perfect. All the staff had barista training through Casa Espresso. Sadie was really friendly, professional and has turned us all into people who now care about our coffee, how it tastes and how we present it to our customers. The follow-up training has been much appreciated and it’s nice to know that one local company is helping another. We have been selling Casa Espresso Rainforest Alliance coffee for some time now and we have had nothing but positive feedback. The service I have received from Casa Espresso and Nino especially has been great. My San Remo Verona came really quickly and Nino and his team came out and set everything up for me. I have continued to get a great level of service from Nino, who I feel is happy to help and easy to get a hold of should I need anything. It’s such a great machine that gives you the ability to be as technical as you like with your espresso, to get the right temp, pre infusion ect ect ect, but also remains a reliable machine that has, in the six months I have had it, never let me down once…and it looks very cool!

We went to Casa Espresso for our second coffee machine and were very impressed with the service they provided. The engineer installed the machine on the agreed date and we’ve had excellent quality coffee ever since. Nino followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy with our purchase which, of course, we were.

When we opened Love Cheese we had space behind our shop for a café, which we couldn’t wait to create. We are all about quality, so we knew if we were to provide coffee, it had to be great coffee. I started shopping around for an espresso machine and came to Casa Espresso after a recommendation from a friend. I found them easy to deal with, and they put together a really good package to suit our café’s needs to a tee. Whilst researching coffee suppliers I had spoken to some other companies that seemed to talk in a different language, but Casa Espresso were great and quickly delivered and set up my machine. The barista training was also excellent, so all my staff know how to make good coffee now!

I just thought I’d drop you a quick email to say thank you for all your help in setting up my new Café at the Golf Centre in Bradford. I was personally recommended to come and speak to you through another café. From the start you and your staff have been very helpful and professional and the Barista Training sessions were invaluable, every time I go into another café I can now see the good and bad things they do thanks to the knowledge I have gained from your staff. The coffee and equipment I have bought from you have been great and on the one occasion that there was a fault with the coffee machine you had it repaired the very same day. So all that’s left to say is a big thank you!

Casa Espresso… What else can you say other than great company with great people.
I opened a Café in York and I wanted to find a really good coffee to be able to compete with all the big brands. I went through a lot of tasting and offers from various companies, but something was missing. A friend of mine suggested to give Casa Espresso a chance.

When I contacted them they were very helpful and extremely friendly. They listened to what I wanted to achieve in my café rather than try to push something on me like other companies did. Since I only had a few days to my launch date, I asked them if it’s still possible for me to get set up; without hesitating Nino told me that is not a problem.

My café is small, we needed to think how all equipment will fit and still will be comfortable to use. I called Nino and he came out after hours just to help me out and do the measurements. He also mentioned barista training which I did not know how I was going to be able to fit into a very tight schedule. Once again he found the answer to my problem and offered the barista training on a Saturday. “Wow” a company who don’t mind giving up the weekend to help out a customer!!

My Café opened three weeks ago and everyone is complementing our coffee. I had costumers who said “You should get an award for your coffee”. That meant a lot to me and I felt that all the hard work paid off by finding Casa Espresso and Nino.
